This is how e-businesses should operate. I actually asked them to call me instead of placing my order online. They returned my call promptly and helped me determine the best option available to me. Later, they called me to let me know that shipping would have to be changed, but at no additional cost to me, since the problem was on their end. Additionally, I received an automated call to let me know that my items were out for delivery and that I should receive them on that particular day. One of the best, if not the best experience I have ever had shopping on the internet.

Customer service was very helpful. I didn't know anything about rockets but the gentleman who handled my call was very helpful. He said he had launched rockets many times and helped me pick out a good one for my son. He also assisted me in picking out extras I would need since once you launch a rocket the engine is done. Was told shipping takes 10 days to 2 weeks but once I was notified that it shipped it came within a week. Overall very satisfied!

I wanted to compliment ehobbies for the design of the website. I really appreciated the feature that had a link to the correct size rocket motors, wadding, and repair kit. For someone new to rocketry, it made it really simple. It was one of the major factors in my decision to place an order with your company. I didn't have to worry that I was ordering the incorrect rocket motors or accessories because it was directly linked to each rocket. I did not find any other website like that.

My experience with eHobbies can be summed up with one word: "Excellent." The price for the dullcote was unbelievably inexpensive; a can costs $7 here in New Jersey! Because of the low price, I arranged for three cans to be shipped to my best friend. The shipping option was top notch and had no problems. I highly recommend eHobbies and will definitely purchase from them again.

By the time I thought of eHohhies & found that they had the very item I wanted for a VERY LOW PRICE, I only had about 1 week to get it in before February 17th to me. When the eHobbies phone rep assured me the item will get to me in 4 days, I thought with Saturday & Sundays it'll take a little longer,but if it gets to me on time it's ok enough. When the item did come, I thought it amazing that it took less than 4 days for that item to get to me with some days to spare on time (with a knock on the door from the mail carrier).
