COMMENT: Who can fly a heli for just 10 minutes\? by Daryl J 4/29/2012
QUESTION: how long do i need to charge the battery i just bought the Heli. by None N 12/27/2011
ANSWER: Hi,
I charge it until the light on the charger changes it's status, ie, turns on or turns off, I forget what this particular charger does to indicate the battery is charged but you get the idea. The very first charge seemed like it took an extra long time. What ever you do, do not over charge it by leaving it charging over night or all day, that will fry the battery for sure.My charge duration for this battery is around one hour and twenty minutes. by D E 12/27/2011
STAFF ANSWER: It takes approximately 50-60 min to recharge a 90% used battery 5 min of flight. We strongly suggest getting 2-3 extra batteries to allow for more uninterrupted flight time. Many of our customers have up to 5-6 extra batteries ready to go so that their heli is in the air a lot longer. This also allows your flight skills to improve that much faster. An hour to charge a battery seems like forever when you only have one battery and are itching to fly! Good luck. by eHobbies C 12/27/2011
