The Sea Bright Dory Lifeboat originated along the New Jersey coast in the mid 19th century as a fishing boat that was safe for use in rough surf. Capturing the romance and craftsmanship of a dying breed of wooden boat builders, these boats can be found today serving as lifeguard and utility boats on beaches from Maine to Florida. Model kit hull construction: Die-Cut Lapstrake Planking.
