This wooden wonder flew only once, in 1947, but no other airplane has exceeded the remarkable Hughes H-4 Hercules in overall dimensions, making it the largest airplane in the world to fly. Although the airplane was built amid great controversy, you’ll find this model very easy to build, and no on will question your motives. Authentic markings (such as they were) are provided on the decal sheet. All eight propellers can rotate, and the cockpit windows are clear. A cradle display base, similar to that used for the full size plane is included. | This plastic model kit requires plastic cement and paint for assembly, and they are sold separately. |
