Pactra's vibrant new R/C lacquer is sure to impress! Backing Black is the specially formulated backing coat for the 2-part metallic and flip-flop systems that will make your color pop. NOTE: Different formulation than RC250 Outlaw Black; Outlaw Black WILL dissolve flip-flop colors. 3 Ounce Spray.
