Purchase Order Help

Our goal at eHobbies is to make your process of ordering supplies effortless and efficient. Our product assortment is ideal for schools, scout troops, summer camps, church groups, general educational programs, businesses, and government agencies. This page will present you with almost all of the information you will need to place an order with us. Provided on this page are the answers to our customer’s most frequently asked questions. Purchase Orders
We gladly accept purchase orders! Your purchase orders can either be faxed or mailed to us. If you plan to mail or fax your purchase order to eHobbies, we strongly advise that you check the availability of the products on our website prior to placing your order. If any of the products on the website show an ‘Out of Stock’ status, please do not add those items to your purchase order. To calculate the total of your order with the shipping charges, please enter your order through our website. At checkout, please select payment by credit card and choose the ‘Purchase Order’ option listed under the drop-down menu. Once the order is confirmed, please reference or include the eHobbies order number on the purchase order for faster processing.

We do not extend terms or credit for purchase orders*. We are required to secure the payment before we are able to process your purchase order. Once the payment is received, we will immediately process the order and get it shipped out in 2-3 business days. For large orders, please allow for a few more days of additional processing time before the order is shipped. If the processing time is more than 3-5 business days total, we will promptly contact you with notification of the delay.

Credit Card Orders
Just as we accept purchase orders, we are happy to accept credit card orders from schools and organizations. We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal for your convenience. We do not charge a processing fee for orders placed with a credit card. Credit card orders can be placed online or by calling our staff at 877-346-2243.

If you are placing an order of $500 or more, we provide a 10% bulk order discount. To receive this discount, please click on the coupon below and proceed to place your order. At checkout you will see the discount applied to the order total, which does not include shipping charges.
