Only 612 SS 396s were ever produced, making them a rare collector's item today. Kit features an opening hood with a detailed 396 cu. in. V-8 engine, a choice of a stock or lowered suspension, optional stock rally wheels or large-diameter custom wheels with disc brake detail, soft black tires, chrome-plated parts and decals with stock and custom graphics. Paint colors needed: Aluminum, Flat Black, Chevy Engine Red, Gloss Red, Tan, Steel, Semi Gloss Black, Flat White, Silver, and Gloss Black.

This plastic model kit requires plastic cement and paint for assembly, and they are sold separately.
