skills to get started. These model rocket kits come already assembled and
decorated, and are ready for liftoff in just minutes.
Estes E2X Beginner Kits
Estes E2X beginner model rocket kits contain parts that are colored and easy to assemble. They are designed for beginners that want to do some minor assembly and building for their rocket. Simply glue the parts together as per the instructions, apply the self-stick decals, and attach the recovery system. Assembly time takes around 1 hour or less.
Estes E2X rockets are the perfect beginner kits for Cub Scouts, Indian Guides and any other supervised youth groups from ages 6-11.
Estes Beginner Kits & Quest Beginner Kits

rocket kits are a little more difficult to assemble than the Estes E2X
kits. They require some painting, gluing and sanding to complete. Step-by-step instructions make building very easy, however the assembly time can take at least an afternoon of one to three hours. Adult supervision is still required for students of ages 11 and up.
