In March 1943 work was started at Focke Wulf on designs for a single jet fighter. For the P VI design a 1:1 wooden model with air intakes in the wing roots was tested in the wind tunnel. Powered by the He S11A engine and with an additional Walter rocket attached underneath it, this single-seat fighter was expected to reach a top speed of at least 830 km/h at an altitude of 6000 m. The project was discontinued at the beginning of 1945. Model details: detailed cockpit; detailed landing gear; landing gear can be optionally extended or retracted; antennae; and decals for 2 German Luftwaffe versions. | This plastic model kit requires plastic cement and paint for assembly, and they are sold separately. |
