The New Beetle is based on its popular car of the 1960s, and retains some of the familiar characteristics. It embraces the style and feel of the vintage Beetle and infuses it with modern technology. The exterior features the familiar curved motif. Interior features include an assist grip above the passenger seat, glove compartment, B pillar with safety strap, and the nostalgic dashboard flower vase.
