The Fletcher class was the U.S. Navy's most widely used destroyer type during WWII. Fletcher class destroyers were powered by twin 30,000hp turbines which gave atop speed of 35 knots. The kit features 12.7mm main gun turrets which can be rotated, movable detailed bridge with movable radar antenna, detailed funnels, masts, depth charge racks, and lifeboats. Kit includes decals for 4 different destroyers with the early curved bridge. A plastic stand with a Fletcher nameplate is included.
