FeaturesFounded by Carlo Abarth in 1949, Abarth is a well-known motorsport company that has become Fiat's racing and tuning arm. Back in the 1960s, when the famous Fiat 500 was making waves in Europe, Abart took the little economy car and modified it by increasing engine displacement to 689.5cc and installing new carburetors to produce a tune 38hp engine that had more than twice the horsepower as the stock unit. Furthermore, the body featured wider fenders to match the bigger tires, and a special Abarth muffler added to the car's racing flavor. About the Model: Compact body form reproduced with special Abarth customized features such as over-sized fenders and large diameter wheels. Abarth-tuned engine also meticulously reproduced. Detailed interior includes instrument panel, racing bucket seats, and Abarth steering wheel. Metallic texture sticker for Abarth logo on oil pan also included.
