Traxxas has their competition on lock-down, literally. Equipped with remote-control locking differentials, the Traxxas Summit is crushing everything in its path. The Summit features an exclusive dual-mode platform; low-gear crawling mode, and second gear, which boastfully delivers trail-blazing speeds that you would expect from the E-Revo. In low gear, the front and rear diffs can be locked and unlocked with the flick of a switch on the new TQ-4 radio system. When you have killed all the terrain in your path, just shift the Summit into second gear and away you go! Let’s just hope that the competition can keep up!
With a link based suspension setup, the Summit allows for maximum travel and crawling capabilities with independent ride height adjustment. The tunable dampening system with threaded body aluminum shocks allows for even more tweaking when required for demanding terrain. With a sealed electronics compartment, the Summit is ready to barrage through water, snow and mud, just about anything you will come in its path.
The Traxxas Summit is Ready-to-Run and features ball bearing steering servos, a powerful Titan 775 electric motor, TQ-4 4-channel radio system and the Traxxas EVX-2 electronic speed control.
Included in the box is the Summit, Ready-to-Race with Twin Traxxas Titan 550 motors, EVX-2 Electronic Speed Control, TQ Radio System and full color instructions. What you'll need to run your E-Revo is the following: 8AA batteries, two high discharge rated 6-cell (7.2v) or 7-cell (8.4v) NiMH battery packs with Traxxas high current connectors (7-cell recommended for best performance), a peak detecting charger and a charging adapter.
