At 30+mph out of the box with the included 6-cell NiMH battery, the Traxxas 1/16 Slash VXL is nearly twice as fast as most mini models, and faster than most electric RTR trucks of any scale. Install a second pack in series and you will see the Velineon’s inner beast roar, reaching speeds up to 50 MPH and over! Built specifically for the 1/16th Traxxas vehicles, the included VXL-3m speed control harnesses the full potential of the Velineon 380 motor – which is the biggest sized motor in it’s class.
