QUESTION: How fast does it dry to be able to put desert sand and the green grass? by None N 10/25/2011

STAFF ANSWER: It's a sticky bond that goes on tacky and stays tacky. You should be able to put the sand and grass on immediately. by Ken K 10/26/2011
