The same precision cutting Micro-Shear blades as the 410T High Precision Shear combined with a 55 degree angled cutter head. Tapered tip provides access in those tight areas while the angled head gets your hand and arm out of the way for improved sight lines. You can even come straight down on an otherwise inaccessible location and still see what you're doing. The 420T is ideal for working on the inside of a radius.
